Changes when you need them
Email your requests. Content, design and functionality changes are charged separately, with an estimate approved before work starts.
£65/hour. Two-hour minimum.
All change work is charged at £65 per hour including VAT, with a minimum charge of two hours (£130) per agreed job. Even a small change is subject to that minimum, so you can group several updates into one request.
We provide an estimate and get your approval before starting chargeable work. Replacing text or images, adding pages, changing layouts and adding features are chargeable changes. Fixing a hosting or platform fault covered by the package is included.
We manage the site for you
Domma Managed does not include customer access to the CMS editor: we hold the only login. Want to edit your own content? Hosted is £79/month and includes the CMS.
Domain registration and renewal, business email, copywriting, ongoing SEO or marketing, paid Tools and external subscriptions are not included in the £49 monthly fee. Ecommerce and bespoke integrations are quoted separately.

Paying monthly
Domma Managed is £49/month including VAT, paid monthly by card. New website builds from £999 include the first three months of Domma Managed; your monthly payments start after that. The website build is charged separately.
Cancelling
You can cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Your site stays up until the end of the month you have paid for.
Exporting your site
You can request an export of your site in DCMS JSON format for a small administration fee. We quote that fee for approval before proceeding. The export is structured site data for use with compatible Domma CMS tooling; it is not a standalone website that can simply be uploaded to any hosting provider.
Any help importing the export or moving the site to another provider is scoped and quoted separately.
