Part refunds, take-away backups and more
Part refunds, credit notes, downloadable and scheduled backups, attachments on feedback and support, RSVP confirmations, signing reminders and faster Tools across the board.

A round of upgrades across the Tools, following on from this week's security sweep.
New things you can do
- Part refunds in the Shop. Refund some of an order rather than all of it; each refund is kept on the order with what is left. Card and PayPal payments both support it.
- Refunds and credit notes in Invoices. Record money given back, or reduce what a customer owes, with a reason that prints on the invoice.
- Backups you can take away. Data Transfer now downloads a backup as a single file, restores from one you upload (keeping a safety copy first), and can take backups on a schedule.
- Attach files to feedback and support requests, or paste a screenshot straight in.
- Calendar RSVP confirmations. People who RSVP get an email with the event attached, ready for Outlook, Gmail or Apple Calendar.
- Signing reminders in Docs Pro. Switch on automatic reminders for people who have not signed yet - how often and how many times is up to you.
- Settings where you need them. Surveys, Sheets, Feedback, Support and Data Transfer now have a settings cog on their screen, and changes apply straight away.
- Easier unsubscribing. Campaign emails carry the headers mail apps use for their own Unsubscribe button, and the unsubscribe link asks you to confirm - so a mail filter that opens every link can no longer unsubscribe someone by accident.
- Booking Pro waiting lists tidy themselves, and the waiting-list email has a "leave the list" link.
Faster and smoother
- The sidebar counts and the public pages of most Tools now remember their answers briefly, so busy sites do far less work every minute.
- Several screens were rebuilt to update in place: the Takeaway kitchen and menu, the Booking diary, Cards, the e-card editor, Sheets, Docs Pro's panels and the Contacts Pro import.
- Names with an ampersand or quotes - "Smith & Sons" - now read correctly everywhere in the admin, including screen-reader labels.
