There is one tool to install and one Google connection to set up.
Four clear places to work
- Calendar shows your events, appointments and connected Google events.
- Availability is where you set working hours, holidays and time off.
- Booking holds your services, appointments, booking diary and waiting lists.
- Connections manages Google Calendar and lets you choose what syncs.
The public booking page stays on your website. Customers choose a service and an available time, then receive the usual confirmation and reminder emails.
Set the hours you actually have
Your normal week is only a starting point. If you are available from 10am to 2pm on Thursday, set those hours for that date. Add a second window if you work a split day, or mark the whole day unavailable.
Holidays and days off sit alongside your usual hours. Changing availability does not move appointments you have already accepted.
Connect Google once
Google busy times block booking slots. Your appointments can be copied to Google, and your Google events can appear alongside your Domma events. You can also choose to copy the Domma Calendar events you organise into Google.
Personal Gmail accounts are supported, with collapsible setup cards and direct links through the Google setup. Private Google events stay in your admin calendar; they do not appear on your public events page.
The advanced booking features are included
Classes with limited places, waiting lists that fill a freed place, repeat bookings, booking-form questions, daily limits and online appointments are all part of Calendar. So are services that need a person and a room or piece of equipment at the same time.
You do not need a separate Booking Pro add-on.
The same combined price
Calendar was £6 a month and Booking Pro was £10. The combined Calendar tool is £16 a month on Hosted. It is included in the Pro plan, which remains £149 a month.
Existing booking records, customer links and saved Google authorisations are preserved when moving to the combined tool.
