A pill for your branding, and a navbar with no strip

Your logo can sit in a pill of its own, and a pill bar now floats over the page on frosted glass - no strip, no line.

The pill bar got two finishing touches in Domma CMS 1.12.

Your branding, in a pill

In Content > Menus, open your navbar menu and go to the Behaviour tab. Set Branding shape to Pill and your logo and site name sit in a rounded capsule of their own, right beside the links.

No more strip

With a pill bar, the band across the top of the page - and the line between it and your content - now goes by itself. The pills float over the top of the page on frosted glass. A hero at the top of a page runs right up under them, and the page scrolls behind them as you read.

Prefer the band? Set Bar background to Strip to keep it. Or choose None to float the links of any bar, pill or not. Phones keep the usual bar, where a floating menu button works better.

See it on The Ginga Ninja, which uses all of it, along with the card menus, showcase footer and moving text from 1.11.
