Eyes down, on phones or paper.
Bingo for quiz nights, events, conferences and classrooms. You run the caller from the admin - by hand or automatically, with a big display for a projector - while players join on their phones and claim their prizes. Or print numbered cards and check any card against the calls. The server makes every call and checks every claim.
What Bingo does for you
Three kinds of card
75-ball, the UK 90-ball ticket, or words and pictures from your own list - buzzword bingo, baby showers, classrooms.
Line, two lines, house
Play for any of the three prizes, in that order. The first right claim takes each one.
A caller on the big screen
Draw by hand or every few seconds. Big display fills the screen for a projector, and Space draws the next call.
Join on a phone
Players type a name and get a card no one else has. Auto-dab marks it for them, or they tap each square.
Printed cards too
Print up to 500 numbered cards. Someone shouts "House!"? Type the card number and see if it has won.
The calls on any page
Put the caller board on a second screen or under the game. It updates by itself.
See it in 5 minutes
- Open Tools > Games > Bingo and choose New game.
- Give it a title and pick the card type and the prizes. The sample card shows what a card looks like.
- Set the status to Open, save, and put
[bingo id="quiz-night" /]on a page. - Open the Caller and press Draw next.
Straight answers.
- There is no draw order to peek at. Each call is picked by the server at the moment you press Draw, from what has not been called yet.
- Every claim is checked against what has actually been called, in the order claims arrive. False claims are flagged, and a player who keeps making them is stopped.
- Late joiners never win on calls made before they joined.
- Players give a name only - no account and no email.
